About the artist

Danny Ferguson RSW RGI (born Lanarkshire, 1910 -1993) studied and taught at Glasgow School of Art. He exhibited widely across Scotland and is regarded as an outstanding draughtsman. He painted landscapes, still lifes, interiors and self portraits.
