We have an experienced and dedicated teaching and support staff. We have a positive, caring and inclusive ethos and we believe strongly that all children should feel safe, healthy and happy in school and confident in their learning. The focus of our approach to learning and teaching is to enable children to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills in each curriculum area and to experience a broad range of learning and real-life opportunities in their classes and through school activities to use, apply and enhance their learning.
We have very strong and active traditions in instrumental music, in sport and physical activity and in fundraising for a great variety of charities and are very proud of the talents and achievements and kindness of our children. We have an active Parent Council and a number of strong links with community partners and are always looking to develop and extend these links and to enrich the curriculum we provide.
