The Royal Burgh of Campbeltown is situated on the Kintyre peninsula which has become famous for Golf, local whisky and of course, its stunning beauty inspiring Sir Paul McCartney’s “Mull of Kintyre”.

Campbeltown’s Registration office and ceremony rooms are located in the magnificent A-listed sandstone Burnet Building, designed by Sir JJ Burnet. In the town centre, the Burnet Building also houses a museum and has views over to the Isle of Arran.

There are two ceremony rooms available, both with many original features and displaying paintings by artists William McTaggart, Archibald Mackinnon and Gregory Robson.

The large ceremony suite accommodates up to 70 people and is beautifully decorated in rustic shades, with a grand fireplace and magnificent wooden beams, looking onto the Lady McCartney memorial garden. The garden makes a stunning background for photographs.

The smaller ceremony room, in cream and dark wood panelling, enjoys views over the loch to Davaar Island and holds smaller, intimate parties of up to ten people.
