Minutes:
Members considered a report outlining the proposed design
for the Rothesay Pavilion (RIBA Stage 3 D/3
Development Design), to repair, refurbish and upgrade the Category A listed
building. Members noted that once this
process has been completed Planning and Listed Building Consent applications
can be made.
Decision:
Members agreed the recommendation contained within the
report.
