Issue - meetings

The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Apologies for absence were intimated on behalf of Councillor Jan Brown.

The Governance, Risk and Safety Manager advised that as the meeting was inquorate, no business could be transacted.  On this basis the Chair agreed that the meeting be adjourned to a future date, at a time to be confirmed by Committee Services.
