Minutes:

The Committee considered a report advising on the process for assessing and setting local speed limits in accordance with the Scottish Government’s ETLLD Circular No. 1/2006: Setting Local Speed Limits.

 

Members queried the process for responding to concerns over the proposed reduction in speed limits from 60-50mph on the stretch of road between Tarbert and Ardrishaig. Stewart Clark agreed to investigate the process and respond to Members

Members agreed to note the report.
