Update by Ian McDonald, BEAR Representative

The Chair advised Members on the late apology submitted by Ian McDonald, BEAR representative. He stated that he intended to write to both Graham Edmond,

and the Scottish Transport Minister to advise of his dismay at the late notification of non-attendance by  BEAR.

Decision

Members agreed that the Chair would write on behalf of the Committee to register their dissatisfaction at the non-attendance by BEAR representation at the MAKI Area Committee.
