The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.

There was submitted evidence on behalf of the Appellant and the Employer and detailed submissions were made on behalf of both parties. 

Decision

With respect of the grievances 2 and 3 the grounds of the appeal had been substantiated and the Appeal be therefore upheld.

With respect of the grievances 1, 4 and 5 the grounds of the appeal had not been substantiated and the Appeal be therefore not upheld.
