The Chair extended a warm welcome to Kirsteen Macdonald, who has joined Development and Infrastructure Services as Regeneration Project Manager. 

There were no Declarations of Interest.

The Committee resolved in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 8 and 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 7A to the Local Governments (Scotland) Act 1973.

Update by Project Manager.

The Committee considered a report outlining the progress to date in the delivery of the CHORD Campbeltown Berthing Facility Project with specific information on the tendered cost and the critical timeline for completing the project. 

Discussion took place in relation to a number of matters contained within the report.

Decision:

Members agreed to refer to Council approval of the recommendations detailed at paragraph 3.1 of the report.
