Consideration was given by the Committee to a report which set out the Council’s treasury management positon for the period 1 November 2016 to 31 December 2016 and included information on Overall Borrowing Position; Borrowing Activity; Investment Activity; Economic Background; Interest Rate Forecast and Prudential Indicators.
