At this stage the Expression of Interest should note the prospective purchaser’s interest along with proposed use for the site and contact details together with the proposed purchase price if you are in a position to do so.

Following the receipt of expressions of interest the Council will retain your details and advise you should a closing date for offers be fixed. 

Instructions to submit formal offers shall be advised to all interested parties should a closing date be set. 

Formal offers to acquire the property must be submitted by the closing date should one be fixed.
