Each financial quarter our performance information is recorded and reported for each department of the Council and the Council itself. This is done through a variety of both Strategic and Area committees.
Each of the five Strategic Committees focuses on the performance for particular sections of the Council, for example Education or Planning. Each of our four administrative areas has an Area Committee. The performance that is presented at an Area Committee focuses on specific topics that are important and relevant for that area.
You can view all of our Strategic Committees reports here.

Every year an Annual Performance Review is undertaken by each service, this provides the mechanism to review the previous year's key successes and challenges and identify key improvements for the coming year.
