Reporting a lighting fault
Please note that street lighting faults can take up to 90 days to repair as they may involve power supply issues that require Power Company intervention. After reporting your issue, please do not contact us for progress updates until at least two weeks have passed. Be assured we are working to fix issues in priority order, for example a row of street lights out are fixed before single ones and once logged your fault will be dealt with according to those priorities.
