The PayByPhone parking app is currently off-line across the country. Our suppliers are working to resolve the issue. This only affects car parking payments by phone via the app, you can still pay at machine via:
- Contactless
- PIN
- Coin
- Apple pay
- Samsung pay
Please note enforcement will still take place as normal, anyone wishing to pay for parking should the PayByPhone software not be working, please ensure you purchase a ticket on-site at the payment machines as they are still accepting coins/cash.
