All managers, leaders and supervisors should attend Scottish Trauma Informed Leaders Training (STILT).
Please email the Trauma Training Co-ordinator clare.williams@argyll-bute.gov.uk to book yourself onto the next event. For more information please see National Trauma Training Programme - Trauma informed organisations (transformingpsychologicaltrauma.scot).
To support managers, all STILT sessions will be followed up with a local workshop session to enable managers reflect on how to implement changes to their service. Please see our training calendar for details of when the next session will run.
All managers should update any new staff induction material to include the ‘Sowing the Seeds’ and ‘Opening Doors’ training videos. For staff who work with children and families, the Trauma Skilled modules on Turas should also be completed. Please see the Online Training section of the website.
