Each month we will be collecting all the responses to our customer feedback survey, comments sent in by email, our 'comment on this page' feature and our feedback form and posting some of the changes that we have made to the site to improve your experience on the site and make it a more helpful and useful resource.
We have removed any information that would make the author of the comment identifiable and in some cases gather comments on the same subject together.

we will be adding information on opening times, locations and facilities very soon.
Many customers are using the site search to try and find planning information using postcodes, properties and planning reference numbers.
unfortunately, our planning system and our website are 2 separate applications and so planning applications are not directly searchable on our website at present. in ordee to help cutoemrs find th einformation they need, we are detecting anything search terms that lok like they might be postcodes, addresses, or reference numbers and providing a link to the planning system as the first result .
