Equality and Diversity training
Our online Equality and Diversity module is now available to community groups and third sector organisations. This short online course was developed for Argyll and Bute Council staff based on materials by OSDC. It provides an overview of some the responsibilities and benefits around promoting equality and diversity, as well as an introduction to the Equality Act (2010). Where the training mentions the “Council’s Equality and Diversity Policy” you should consider your own organisation’s policy. If you have any questions or would like any additional information please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Communitydevelopment@argyll-bute.gov.uk
